About Me

Hello, my name is Trinity Sankar. Growing up I've always made helping those around me a priority. My eagerness to help first lead me to volunteering all my lunches in the kindergarten classroom in my school, between grades 3-5. Soon after I graduated elementary school, I began volunteering at the childcare center my mom  previously worked at, in the preschool room. As time went on and I continued to volunteer monthly, covid began, preventing me from volunteering. Later on as we came out of covid, I did 2 years of co-op in the same  kindergarten classroom during my final years of highschool. Upon graduating highschool and progressing through Humber Polytechnic Early Childhood Education diploma program, I've completed 2 placements in a preschool class and EarlyOn center, while currently working  to finish my third placement in a kindergarten classroom. Which during the summer of 2025 I had the privilege and honour of working as a musical theatre camp counselor 

                                   Land Acknowledgement 

My name is Trinity and I acknowledge the lands I live on aren't my own. To the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabewak, and the Wendake who occupy and granted me the place and land I live and walk on, I thank you. I thank you for building and protecting it, and for making what it is now. To the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation I acknowledge your beliefs and hopes of a caring community, respecting the earth, and I vow to uphold your wishes. As the Earth grants me fruit vines, I vow to continue sharing with my neighbors and community, and vow I won't ask or take more then what mother Earth grants me. I will continue working planting in the spring and summer, and I vow to continue spreading the word of your work to my community, and future students.

                                                 My Goals

As a ECE candidate, after I graduate, and obtain my ECE diploma, my first goal is to work in a a kindergarten classroom with the TDSB. After I become a ECE in a kindergarten classroom, my second goal is to pursue my second passion on the side, and that becoming a actor or dancer.
